Summary: Book this place! Beautiful ranch home on a hillside overlooking 600 acres, watching 2000 grazing sheep! In the evening we enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the sheep and watching shooting stars. FYI, the property backs up to Mesa Verde NP…5 minutes to entrance. Kitchen was amazing! There was more than adequate kitchen utensils, condiments and fantastic counter space. There is more than adequate sleeping space for large group. All of our group raved about this place. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home.

Summary: Beautiful setting on the ridge overlooking the valley. Positive experience all around by our family. We stayed 4 days but wished we could have stayed longer. Didn’t take long for it to become a retreat to let down and relax.
