Positive: The employees from the hotel Danielle are perfect. They are very friendly and trying to make the best out of your stay. We could really recommend the hotel. It’s clean. The beds are good and again the staff is excellent.

Negative: The sleeping couch is not really a third bed, we slept with 2 but we booked a 3persoon room but this couch is too hard to sleep on. The biggest problem of this hotel is the booking process. There is not owned by a normal Austrian family but by a German company in between that will annoy you from the moment you make a booking we got around 10 emails from them that another percentage had to be paid or that we had to use the system to put all our details in. And before arrival again in another system or check in details that they already had it’s very annoying and not customer friendly. It’s an old-fashioned travel company that refuses to adapt to the new online customer. But besides the stalking emails, the hotel is great!
