Positive: The property was bright and spacious with all expected facilities. It was conveniently located and surprisingly quiet given is proximity to main road and markets

Negative: Third floor location wasn’t a problem but a lot of steps to get bags up. The approach to the property wasn’t the nicest and unfortunately the alleyway smelt quite bad the whole time we were there. No evidence of this once in the property.

Positive: Stayed a week here with my family. The location is super close to everything we need and the apartment is excellently managed, clean and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants around, and you can find bakeries, supermarkets, hawker stalls, and a very beautiful beach just in a short walk. The host, Vladimir responded super fast to our questions before check in and gave us lots of useful advice during our stay in Split. I forgot to pack my charger upon my check-out. Lucky enough, Vladimir texted me swiftly to return just before I got onto the taxi to airport. A super nice host and his apartment is highly recommended.

Positive: Everything was great! Location close to the center, bus stop, main station, shops. Everything is very close. The apartment had everything, full equipment. We will be happy to go back there again

Positive: The property was in a wonderful location. Very close to the water, restaurants, and palace. All were only a 3min walk from our door. The apartment was roomy and easily accommodated 4 large adults as well as a spacious lounge and kitchen area. Our host was generous with his help and provided supplies for laundry etc. The fresh fruit and veg market was directly across the street as well as two very nice (and often tried) 24hr bakeries directly below us. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Split!

Negative: Not a negative at all, more of a warning, the property is on third floor and has a tight staircase but think of it as a good way to burn off the calories after a stop at the bakery!

Positive: The host Vladimir was extremely nice and welcoming. The property was very nice and spacious and had everything you could need. Right next to the property was a kebab, two 24/7 bakerys and a shop. Couldnt have asked for anymore.

Negative: Nothing, it was perfect and we will definitely be back

Positive: Everything was great! Very clean, well-equipped, cozy apartment. The owner was always available and helped with all our questions, for which we are very grateful!

Negative: The shoe cabinet in the hallway is not fixed to the wall, making it unstable and dangerous for small children. This should be fixed.
