This spectacular property sits on the shores of Pevensey Bay overlooking the southern beaches of England. With prime views out to sea, delicious local restaurants and quick access into larger towns this property provides the perfect getaway.
The open plan living/dining area is the quintessential part of the home offering amazing views out to sea through the large sliding doors or from your private balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped to include a microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the cooking utensils you will need. It sits just off the dining area meaning it also offers and open concept feel and those all important sea views.
There is a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities which is great for longer stays as well any washing emergencies.
The property also has its own bit of private garden which directly extends onto the glorious stretch of beaches, for outdoor lovers this property is a must. There is a lovely summer house, complete with sofa and fridge (ideal for wine), plus an outdoor dining set - you will want to take in those views as often as you can!
On the first floor of the property are two bedrooms. One is a kingsize bedroom, while the other has a zip and link bed, so can be set up as super kingsize or with twin beds. This floor also has a family bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower.
The top floor boasts an amazing master bedroom suite. This has a super kingsize bed plus two single beds, making it ideal for families. Summary: A beautiful apartment on a stunning stretch of coast, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pevensey shops a very short walk away with pretty much every thing you need. The beach hut and garden are lovely, and great place to enjoy the sunset with a nice glass of wine! The apartment has everything you need and has a well equipped kitchen. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be comkng back soon!

Summary: Beach Garden apartment is all you could ask for good value family fun at the seaside. The location is literally 30 paces from the beach, and when combined with excellent sea views from the lounge/diner and upper bedroom it all adds up to a fun family holiday by the sea. The split level apartment is well appointed with excellent kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities. And there is plenty to do and places to see nearby in the locality for children and adults!

Summary: Lovely, well kept property, although we had not realised it was a first/second second floor maisonette. The stairs made things a bit difficult for my husband with physical problems but the younger family members were fine. The top floor suite was stunning and very special. It was much enjoyed by my daughter and her family although we all kept gatecrashing to sit on their balcony as the view was stunning. To have two balconies was pretty special. The positioning right by the beach along with the views and the garden summer house made the holiday really relaxing. Due to the heat it was perfect sitting in the summer house everyday and soaking up the sun with a gentle breeze - just what my husband and I needed while the others explored, swam in the sea and made the most of it. We would be happy to come again as the hosts were excellent.

Summary: Absolutely excellent from making the booking , to meeting Keith the owner who was brilliant and an amazing break. The house is immaculate and has everything you need to make an easy stay. The little garden is a picture and there is a garden chalet you can enjoy right on the beach. We have booked to go again ! A big Thankyou to Keith .

Summary: very clean and spacious, virtually as new, everything you could ever need was provided. Top quality beds furniture and fittings, even quality hairdryer, The owner Keith met us on arrival and gave brief tour politely explaining all the necessary things we would need to know, he has obvious pride in this property and is keen for guests to have a relaxing break.
