Summary: The villa is really spacious with lovely views of the garden and trees from the living room dining room and kitchen, which was well equipped. Very well located for Vannes and nearby coast. Franck an excellent host and very helpful.

Summary: We have spend two weeks on summer holiday together with our friends at this location. The villa is large and has a lot of rooms. Some of the sleeping rooms can only be reached by passing another room. So before booking the landlord offered a virtual tour through the villa to make sure that we are happy with the environment. He is a very friendly contact and whenever we needed support, he answered and helped us very quickly.

Summary: This is a lovely spacious house within walking distance of a village with a supermarket and a few shops. The pool and garden were brilliant with plenty of space for everyone and lots of our door seating and sun loungers. The kitchen and living area were again spacious with every thing you would need. There's plenty of places to visit nearby, Vannes is well worth a visit, and some good cycle routes along the coast. However we were unhappy with some of the sheets and duvets that seemed old and worn out, buying some new bedding for the house really would make the bedrooms much more appealing to guests. Although we didn't need to use it one of the bedrooms upstairs had no windows and so got really hot during the summer. Overall a really good holiday in a nice place.
