This stunning villa located in Zottegem in East Flanders is a beautiful 6-bedroom house that can comfortably accommodate 20 people. Perfect for a large group of families with children.
The villa is at the foot of the rolling hills of the Flemish Ardennes, in Zottegem. Zottegem is known as the 'Gateway to the Flemish Ardennes', and is a vibrant town with a busy town centre, 2.9 km away, and has restaurants and nightlife. It has an archaeological museum where you can see how people lived in prehistoric times, or visit the 19th-century country style of Breivelde Castle estate. Other nice destinations in the area include Oudenaarde, Kluisbergen and Ghent. There is a forest 1.9 km away, great for hiking and cycling, and a tennis court is 2 km away. There is also a lake 13 km away, and a bike rental 5 km way.

Summary: Mooi huis, vrij netjes onderhouden. Aardige huis eigenaar. Ontzettend goed verblijf gehad, jammer dat na 5/6 personen de boiler leeg was en er koud gedoucht moet worden. Misschien ook handig om de buitendeur naar het zwembad te voorzien van een werkend slot, zeker als er kinderen in het huis verblijven. Verder nogmaals, prima verblijf gehad :)

Summary: Het huis is prima in orde en alles is perfect in orde, maar om voor een weekend verblijf al om 8h 's morgens het pand te moeten verlaten is wel erg vroeg. Gelukkig hebben we een uurtje respijt gekregen van de eigenaar (die zeer behulpzaam en beschikbaar is).

Summary: Na de annulerings periode kregen we ineens een mail dat we moesten annuleren op eigen kosten en anders 2 extra contracten moesten tekenen en €1000 extra borg moesten betalen (bovenop de al €500 betaalde borg aan Belvilla). Voor dingen als het verschuiven van meubels zou zelfs borg ingehouden worden. Ook kregen we na boeken ineens allerlei extra kosten, als kosten voor het afval (€150) en €100 per uur later uitchecken dan 8 uur 's morgens. Na afloop kregen we nog foto's toegestuurd van zaken die kapot zouden zijn gegaan door ons toedoen, maar wat al zo was bij aankomst.. De douches waren koud en er lag een dode rat in het zwembad.

Summary: De communicantie tussen belvilla en de eigenaar is waardeloos en ik moet een maand wachten voor dat ik me borg terug krijg ik ga nooit meer via belvilla boeken !

Summary: la villa est vieillissante, beaucoup de stores, de lampes sont cassées, les fauteuils ne sont pas confortables et vieillissants aussi. on ne peut pas faire de bruit même léger après 22h le vendredi soir, les tables de ping pong sont dehors et le propriétaire se plaint du bruit que cela engendre de jouer. très proche d'une grand route, dans le dortoir les gens se sont plaint du bruit que cela occasionnait. tout est payant même faire un feu ouvert cela coute 50 euros en plus, le kicker est payant également... déception dans l'ensemble pour le prix

Summary: Opvang en rondleidig was prima. Jammer dat de activiteiten in het huis zelf tegen betaling gebruikt werden. Sauna en het verwarmen van het zwembad ook echt jammer. Voldoende winkels in de omgeving.
