Before your arrival:
- the accommodation is entirely disinfected with powerful products bought and used for this purpose (bactericides and Virucides as you can see on our pictures) to bring you maximum security and allow you to be in complete serenity with us.
- All supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, vacuum cleaners, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, bins...)
- Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
- All linen and textiles are completely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the apartment: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats...
- We llet a delay between each reservation in order to ventilate the whole apartment.
- Check in and handing over of the keys will be done by compulsorily respecting the barrier gestures:

Summary: I recently stayed at this property which is in a very walkable neighborhood, and it was perfect for large groups. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living and dining spaces had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. However, there were a few minor improvements that could take this property to a 5-star rating. Firstly, the wifi only worked in the main areas of the house, and it would be beneficial if it worked throughout the entire house. Additionally, two of the bedrooms had issues with the AC not working properly, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay. Despite these minor issues, the property was still a fantastic choice for a group stay. With a few improvements, it has the potential to be a top-rated accommodation.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay in Nice! Closely location to everything and a beautiful place. There were so many things provided for us that made our trip abroad more convenient. If we ever visit Nice again, we would love to stay at this exact apartment!

Summary: Our family went to Nice so that four of the men could participate in the half Ironman race in Nice. We had 9 adults and one infant. The property was in a perfect location for everything we needed! Ideal location, nice space for five couples- plenty of privacy for everyone. We did not eat in often, so didn't get a handle on amenities in the kitchen, but definitely had everything we needed. Excellent experience! Thank you!

Summary: I would give 4.5 stars if possible. Good amenities , good location, clean overall. Our ac partially broke while there 2 times but it was fine overall, the ac’s that worked kept it tolerable in the other areas. Well documented book to help explain everything. One shower door doesn’t close all the way.
