Summary: All in all, my two daughters and I had fun. The place left me wondering.... There is a large banner that says "We're Now Open" although it has been open for some time. From the outside, you may not think so. It was dark. At night, nothing is lit up. During the day, all of the landscaping is overgrown. Coffee in the lobby never had stir sticks or napkins. All of the vending machines nesr the lobby were empty and out of order, including the elevator. Maid service did pick up towels outside of our door but I had the fetch my own as they never came in to clean. Side Note: if you book through Hotels.com, it does NOT include the waterpark price. Moving on to that. The Snack Shack was not open, the arcade claw machines were almost out of stock and the claws weren't strong enough to hold onto anything with the weight of what was left. Along the table areas in the pool area, there were ants due to food being left under the tables. In the souvenir shop, the A/C condenserd were driping water all along the whole back of the shop, right onto whatever was below. As for the location....Excellent! Tons of food options within walking distance as well as Cabela's. If you're not picky, it was a good getaway and not crowded at all on the weekdays.

Summary: This was our first two-room vacation, and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous in helping us find the best location. We had a toilet that wouldn't flush, and the staff moved both rooms to a different location in order to rectify the problem. The rooms and overall hotel were clean, the staff was friendly, and we will be returning soon.

Summary: There are so many other waterparks that are 500% better than this one for the same price. My 8 year old granddaughter wanted to leave after 2 hours. This park might be good for small babies and toddlers? Not bigger kids. All the vending machines were out of order. The restaurant was closed. There were hardly any people. We waited 15 minutes to pay to get in when it opened. The arcade was not air conditioned and was unbearable to stay in... Not a good experience. Go to a different waterpark. Would not go here again.

Summary: The website failed to inform us that the water park wristbands don’t come with the room. All the vending machines and elevators were down the inter time.

Summary: When we got there we didn’t realize the water park wasn’t included or offered a discount. No breakfast offered. Vending , ice and elevators were all out of order. Stood at the desk to have someone let us into pool area and for more towels. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Summary: Pictures are worth a thousand words! This is beyond disgusting. The nerve to ask a resort fee each day. My room was never cleaned I was there from Friday June 27th thru June 29th

Summary: The water park side was fun but for 4 people it was $200 for 8 hours 1 day the hotel was completely falling apart none of the vending machines work none of the coffee machines work we got sheets for blankets and several people complained of not having blankets or pillows at all when they got their rooms the property outside was over grown and filthy it was a terrible stay
