Positive: Great location with amazing views of the bay. Roomy apartment. Easy to follow check-in instructions. Comfy beds and the softest towels!! Friendly neighbours, including the local cat!

Negative: Extremely tight parking space. No coffee pods for the coffee machine or basic cooking supplies. The spa shown in the main bathroom is non operational but this is not stated in listing, so we expected it to be working.

Positive: Great View, great location, great unit with everything you could need/want. Only downside was the carpark but the building was built a while ago and didn't allow for today's bigger cars - but we managed and the people we met who lived in the complex were very lovely and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Spinnakers No. 9 to people visiting Bateman's Bay.
