Positive: It was very clean, located near the center of their very small town and the property itself gave us the feeling of being one with nature especially waking up to the rooster. Also the proximity to Collin’s which is an extremely wonderful restaurant was the icing on the cake

Negative: All was good - nothing negative

Summary: If you need to be in Norrh Conway stay here for sure

Positive: Clean room , beds good, k-cup in the room.

Negative: Wife called motel directly to add a night and was told no problem , when we arrived no one had our extra night so we had to rebook at another motel. At the time of her call I had made another reservation which I cancelled when my wife was told we were good to go for sat. Night .

Summary: Short but nice -wish whomever said we wher good for sat. Owned up to it.

Positive: Wonderful place to visit with a superb restaurant 150' away. The best coffee of any hotel/motel I have ever visited and a really cool breakfast room where one can cook their own meal if desired. The Spillover provides eggs, muffins and butter, and all of the required kitchen utensils.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: My go to place in northern Maine.

Positive: Good location and price

Negative: I am allergic to pets and I didnt see it clearly advertised when I booked that the rooms have pets in them on a regular basis so I actually couldnt stay there and had to sleep in the car because of severe allergies to pets/spaces that have pets staying in them. Owners refunded me 50%. So I paid 45$ usd for a shower and a brief nap before I woke up with asthma/allergic reaction.
