Positive: Amazing location and a great villa, with great food. The hosts were very welcoming and the service staff was exceptional. The property is very clean, with spacious rooms and a villa for 10-12 people. Also, the food prepared by Sushila, the chef was amazing, they agreed to provide us with some custom food as per the needs of the kids, which was quite nice. We also had access to kitchen gas to heat the food, prepare milk, etc.. They provide all the meals (really good food) as needed (lunch, evening snacks, tea coffee, dinner, and morning breakfast), hence you need not worry about food at all. The views from the villa are amazing surrounded by mountains and the view of the sea's backwaters. They have a garden with pool so you can have a nice sit around with tea coffe , also they have a open terrace to enjoy the views. The place can switch you off from the city's noise, is calm and pollution-free. Also, Kashid beach is 15- 20 mins from the villa (depending on traffic conditions). I would love to come back to this place again!

Negative: I think the food cost (meal package) is slightly higher as compared to other places I have been. Apart from this i could not find any issue with anything else.

Positive: Close to Kashid beach, amazing pool & polite staff, excellent food provided by the property. Well spaced rooms and the pool was perfect for relaxation and play. Staff is polite and accommodates any requests they can. This property has a sea / mountain view and you can enjoy it from the pool or the front porch (which is great on its own). Kashid beach is 10-15 minutes drive and it is a white sand beach which is pretty well maintained.

Negative: Property / Staff / Owner - Amazing Spicy Mango - needs to do a better job of communicating the terms & conditions on the booking.com site. 1. Payment needs to be via bank transfer, at least on booking.com. 2. Rs. 5,000 deposit also needs to be given at the time of check-in. Will be refunded upon check-out. 3. Kitchen is not available for guest use, only the fridge & microwave - you can opt for their meal plans which is great but this wasn't told to us in advance that we can't access the kitchen.

Summary: Exceptional stay but guests should understand the house rules in advance from Spicy Mango

Positive: Nice place to have a family time with amazing infinity sea view from villa. Special mention is cook Sushila - we never ever experienced such a great food she cooked for us, really it was memorable. Caretakers here are also very supportive. Kashid beach is at hardly at 10 minutes drive. Great place, Great Hospitality.
