Summary: A great escape for a week at a very clean, modern, and spacious house right on the shore of Lake Nipissing in a small cove. While we were there in between seasons, we could still walk the nearby snowmobile trails and see the floating dock getting ready for the summer. While both the living room and deck are large enough for a crowd, and the kitchen is perfect to cook for large gatherings, there really isn't enough private room to sleep a large number of people, but that made it perfect for me and my family. I can see hosting people there during the day then waving goodbye at night and relaxing without the bustle of extra people in the house.

Summary: The property was well equipped very clean and spacious. Very peaceful sitting by the lake and relaxing for reading a book. Good fishing and nice to watch the sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. My family is looking forward to renting it again.
