3 Bedroom Cottage in Rogers, Killingly

Hardwood floors located throughout the first floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed with dressers and a huge closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a futon providing extra sleeping space, along with ample closet space. Wash your dishes while gazing at the lake through the garden window in the kitchen that has everything you need to entertain. The dining/living room area has both air conditioning to use in the summer and a gas fireplace to keep you warm in the winter and the open concept space lets everyone enjoy being together while enjoying the water view from the wall of windows. Downstairs you will find another spacious bedroom with private bathroom and jetted tub, a kitchenette and another bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer. There is also another living room with smart TV that opens up to the deck outside.
For your enjoyment, we provide fishing equipment, kayaks, canoes, life jackets and various water items as well as a fire pit to gather around in the evenings. During most weekends in the summer you can enjoy the 110 sailboat races and wave to our resident tug boat making its rounds.
We are located a short drive from Mohegan and Foxwoods casinos as well as Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium and Old Sturbridge Village. Less than an hour away is Hartford, Providence and Worchester and the UConn/Storrs campus is a 20 minute drive. Boston is located approximately 90 miles northeast and NYC 150 miles southwest.

Summary: My siblings and families stayed for a relaxing weekend. Views of sunset on the lake were gorgeous. Very well stocked kitchen. We were able to make all kinds of food. Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was clean and had more rooms than expected. Would definitely return! The screened in room has lovely views but it has to be warm enough to open all the window shades and expose the screens. Close to stores and restaurants.Fantastic stay!

Summary: This property was excellent for my family and friends. Very spacious, very well stocked( from towels to toilet paper), plus all the water craft-we especially enjoyed our daily trip around the lake in the pontoon boat.

Summary: This was our third time staying here. House was super clean upon arrival. The amenities are perfect for our family dynamics. The pontoon was fun. We were constantly in the water. Kayaking is great on this lake. Very quiet and tranquil especially in the early morning when the eagle is flying around the lake. Very clean water. Nice and warm too. I did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen is very functional. Lots of stores close by. I went often to pick up each day's foods and snacks. The shed has everything your family could need to enjoy this home and lake. So many water toys and life vests of all sizes. Can't wait to book next summer!

Summary: I went for the week with my mom as well as my sister and our combined 4 children. The lake has a Sandy/pebbly bottom with clear water and was shallow enough for even the youngest kids to stand. Easy access from stairs on the dock. The end of the dock was deep enough for the older kids to jump off. Very pleasantly surprised by lack of any bugs. The use of the pontoon boat was a huge plus, especially that it has a canopy. Also canoes, kayaks, paddle boat. Lots of life vests and noodles/water toys. The house AC stood up to a severe heat wave, and every room has working AC unit. We had a great stay!
