2 Bedroom Apartment in Sainte-Maxime

Luxury Apartment Toi & Moi the famous French poet Paul Geraldi’s grande mansion until his death in1983, has been renovated and restored to consist of 7 beautiful apartments situated in sumptuous gardens, offering breathtaking views of the sea and St. Tropez Bay.
Ste Maxime, a gem on the Cote de Azur, offering tranquility and peace yet is only 15 kilometres from bustling Ste. Tropez - a 15 min. ferry ride across the bay, from the port.
The luxurious accommodation offers 2 double bedrooms, each with spacious en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 5 piece bath and remote control black out patio blinds and private terrace, with expansive views of the sea.
The floor plan of the apartment is an open concept living room, dining and kitchen. There are 12 foot high ceiling, ceramic floors and sets of patio doors leading to a lovely terrace that spans full width of the apartment and offers unobstructed views of the Mediterranean and Ste Tropez Bay. Unparalleled ambiance. We have a large swimming pool with sun bathing areas.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessities of your ‘home away from home’ All linen, towels, beach towels, kitchen wears, hairdryers etc are provided. You only need to bring your personal items.
This private villa, accessed through the coded gates, offers a shared swimming pool (for the 7 apartments ), exquisite gardens, magnificent views and safe on site parking.
The rental fee is in euros and is inclusive of parking. Minimum stay is 7 nights -Saturday check in from 4pm. with a 10am check out. Strict Saturday turn around. and check in from 4pm so that the property could be cleaned properly for the arrivals. Please phone Valerie the Wednesday before arrival with your arrival details. Her number will be given to you with the booking. She will meet you at the property with all details you will need for a pleasant stay.
Damage deposit of 200 euros is required on arrival and will be returned in cash upon arrival satisfactory departure. We also require €185 in cash on arrival which is a one off charge regardless of the length of the stay , for management, a thorough cleaning, supply of linen, bath and beach towels . We are very conscious of making the apartment COVID FREE Cleanness is a top priority.

Summary: We enjoyed two weeks in this lovely apartment with stunning panoramic views over the bay in a lovely old building set in beautiful grounds. Looking out at these views from the master bedroom was a delight. The setting was quiet and peaceful. We would happily return.

Summary: We spent a very relaxing week here: The building is a historic villa divided into flats, and the high ceilings, large rooms and excellent A/C make for very elegant surroundings. The view from the balcony is superb, and we spent many an evening sitting outside watching the moonlight reflect off the Bay of St-Tropez over a glass of wine. The pool is delightful and very well kept. The Plage de la Nartelle is a beautiful beach that is 5 minutes' drive away. It is only about a kilometer walk into the town of Ste-Maxime, and we frequently strolled to the restaurants there. My only quibble is that the necessity of arranging arrival time with the housekeeper and paying a cash deposit is slightly inconvenient. It would be nice to be able to pick up keys from a lock box or similar. Also, some toiletries (soap, at least) or provisions like extra trash bags might help make the welcome more pleasant. All in all, though, this is a beautifully kept and very well situated place to stay to enjoy the area.

Summary: We have had a wonderful time staying at villa Toi & Moi. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and stylish, we couldn’t fault it. It is clear that this is a holiday home and not your average rental. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning and we loved sitting out there for breakfast, relaxing on the sunloungers or watching the sun go down. It is very private and secure, with gated access and we barely saw or heard any of the other neighbours. Even at the swimming pool (also clean and warm) which our boys loved and we used twice a day we had it all to ourselves the majority of the time. The villa is probably a 20 minute walk from the town centre - we didn’t actually walk it as it was so hot and our youngest is not great at walking far. It’s also very close to the beach. We really liked the location for being just out of the busy town and we always managed to park close to town for a short walk in. We would highly recommend this villa and as my husband said we would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Marie and Valerie, the check in and check out process was very smooth and easy.

Summary: We had one of our best holidays ever. Apartment is very cosy with fantastic views and terrace, well supplied and has everything for comfortable holidays. Close to lovely La Nartelle beach and short boat trip to St Tropez. We'll be definitely coming back!

Summary: A beautiful first floor apartment in great condition with fabulous views from its balcony across St Tropez Bay. Set in beautiful converted old building in lovely gardens. Spotlessly clean and two very nice bedrooms, both with air con. Lovely owner and very helpful manager, Valerie. We have been coming here every year as a family since our daughter was three - she is now 17! Need we say more ... Stephen, Mo.

Summary: This must be the most perfect place in the world! Even though the hot summer weather had not yet arrived, the area was brilliant- St Tropez, wine tasting at the local chateaus, mountain villages and great beaches, St Maxime’s shops and restaurants ..... The apartment was even better! I was met on arrival by Valerie who acquainted me with the apartment and it’s many features- cable TV, sound system, perfect internet, washer dryer, etc etc. and even briefed us on the best places to go locally, all of which were a short walk away. The flat itself is beautiful with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lovely living room and dining area and a modern kitchen- all spotlessly clean. The balcony is breathtaking with uninterrupted views across the bay to St Tropez, which was a hive of boating activity even at this time of year. There are lovely gardens and nice big pool, although it it was a bit early in the season for swimming. All in all, I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough, especially at the reasonable price, and we will definitely return soon.

Summary: Everything about the property was as we hoped. It was a great location with great views over the sea and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. It's very quiet which we liked and within easy distance of good beaches and the town. Very restful and recharging.

Summary: This really is a dream holiday property in a fantastic location, just 1 mile from the center of Saint Maxime, making a lovely seaside walk every morning. The kitchen, living area and master bedroom all open out onto balconies ( we ate outside every day ) with an amazing view across the bay of Saint Tropez. Private parking and pool just added to the whole experience and we very much look forward to our next trip. Richard and Julie
