Summary: The apartment was spacious and clean with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It is above a laundromat but we never heard anything from downstairs. Parking was easy. We were there to ride bikes on the Capital City trail and the location was convenient because it was close (2 miles) to the start of the trail. My only complaint is that there are not restaurants in walking distance to the apartment but they were a short drive away. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Summary: We had a nice time at our rental. Historical building in a neighborhood that going thru gentrification and super convenient to all Richmond has to offer. I will stay there again. Nice Host.

Summary: We stayed there while visiting Richmond on business. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, as was the apartment. The room were all large, including the bathrooms. The furniture was comfortable and the television worked well. There was an excellent coffee maker and the appliances all were in working order. We’d stay there again if we find ourselves back In Richmond.

Summary: Loved the charm and cleanliness of the apartment located over a laundromat. Wished their was a little more info on site about expectations leaving the property and there were a couple of items that would have made the stay easier, such as sponges to clean pots and more info about the TV and coffee pot. Overall, a great place to stay and would return if we are in Richmond again.

Summary: Nicely furnished, spacious and brightly lit upstairs apt with beautful high ceilings, hardwood floors and modern kitchen at a great price. Perfect for 2 couples! I would not have listed it as an accommodation for 5 though as the 5th person has to sleep in the living room on the couch (not a pull out) or an air mattress (which was missing batteries and so could not be blown up). As well, the layout is a bit unusual in that there are 2 bathrooms in the unit, but both can only be accessed via the bedrooms, not the common area, making it awkward for the 5th person to use the facilities late night or early morning when others were sleeping. The only other minor issue was that there wasnt toilet paper in stock when we arrived. The host responded very quickly to our requests (for tp and batteries), but because he was out of town, could not deliver for 24 hrs. Overall pleased with the apt but people looking for accommodations for 5 adults should be aware.
