House in the historic center, pedestrian area, with independent entrance, completely renovated in 2015. Living room (with double sofa bed) and bedroom with French bed and a half French bed with sea view; kitchen, bathroom and large terrace with beautiful sea view.
Equipped with hot / cold air conditioning / dehumidification.
Located in the heart of Peschici but convenient to all services (bars, restaurants and shops).
Alley central but far from the night chaos.
For those who want to go to the beach of Peschici it can be done by walking down the alleys that lead to the different shores.
Car parks available outside the historic center: both a blue zone for a fee (3 min. Walk), and in a non-paying area (max 10 min. On foot).
N. B. Due to the location of the house and the internal structure, the house is NOT suitable for families with children under the age of 6.

Summary: Amazing place in the heart of the old town. You can enjoy the night life and very close you will have this quite place where you can relax with a view in the sea. You can have nice dinners or breakfast in the terrace, well perfect place that I recommend and definitively will go back!
