Former farmhouse (former Catalan popular dwelling) among the Penedès vineyards. It is a completely restored construction with all the comforts of the 21st century. The original details of the house have been respected giving it charm and sophistication. It is ideal for resting, wine tourism, enjoying the landscapes or alternating the rest with tourist visits to places like Sitges, Barcelona or Port Aventura. It consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with everything you need, hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, etc .; office, toilet and large living room with fireplace. On the upper floor 3 double bedrooms with double bed and one single, access to a terrace with wonderful views and two full bathrooms. Attached to the house there is an independent apartment with a room for 3 people, it can be rented together or separately. Household linen, sheets and towels are supplied. It has wifi connection and heating. Outside there is a summer dining room to enjoy in groups, hold events, etc. There is also an exterior pergola with space for two cars. The exterior of the farmhouse is fantastic, a large garden, fruit trees and aromatic plants, overlooking the vineyards, outdoor relaxation area to eat outdoors or rest, solarium and an incredible pool. Summary: we were looking for peace and fun for the kids and we found it. It was what we needed. House with everything we need and beautiful and quiet surroundings.

Summary: The property was very well kept and in a convenient location to Barcelona and the coast. We were a big family and there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. It is located in the middle of the vineyards and we spent a lot of time taking long walks through the countryside. The owner and her son were very welcoming and made sure we had all we needed. It was a wonderful, relaxing location.

Summary: The property was ideal for our needs, bringing our family together from California, Spain and the UK. There were nine of us including two children under 10 and we all loved the place especially the pool and the orchard from which we were encouraged to pick fruit. We did pick plums and apples and baked a pie in the oven which turned out wonderfully. There was plenty of room to spread out and the accommodation was both spacious and elegant. We had several trips out together and the property is ideally placed to explore Catalonia.

Summary: The house and area are very nice. The house was clean en in good shape to live in. Also al what you need to cook is there, maybe missing a normal coffee machine. The water cooker need new, was full with calc so we can't use it. After a big storm one day we got a problem with the water and electricity, but we called the owner and asap they came to do what needed to repair. For the rest we got a very good stay, nice place to come back.

Summary: Everything was of a very good standard and owners were very helpful. It was however, more suited in some ways to a more ‘European’ visitor and would benefit from things like a kettle, hairdryer and some cups. We did buy 6 cheap mugs to use during our stay. Overall, this didn’t spoil our stay and we had a really relaxing time.

Summary: The house and our host were great. The situation was perfect for a private, sunny and peaceful retreat. The mountains in the distance and the vines in the foreground made for a beautiful setting. The house is finished to a very high standard and feels clean and comfortable yet family friendly and warm. I hope we will be able to visit again.

Summary: I just spent a week in this very welcoming house with my husband and my two kids and... we all had a wonderful time. The house and the outdoor space is really well planed. It's an ideal spot if you are looking for a quite country side not far from really pretty and busy places to visit, e.g, Sitges, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Tarragona and more. Overall what really made the difference was having Roser's help. She is an amazingly kind young women, ever so professional and warm, in charge of the house. We are already thinking of going back!

Summary: We came with our 5 boisterous kids. We were amazingly well looked after by Roser, who was very attentive and kind; she looked extremely well after us and made sure we had everything we needed . The area is very interesting and huge amount to discover : we ran out of time! We will definitely remember our holiday San Martin sarroca!
