Located within walking distance of the Old Mill district and less than a mile to downtown, this contemporary home is newly constructed with green design and eco friendly materials with native landscaping. Brand new appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and finely selected, high quality furniture and appointments. Located in a peaceful and quiet community.
Master bedroom located upstairs features high ceiling with queen bed and master bathroom with twin vanity. Second bedroom also located upstairs features high ceiling with one twin/twin bunk bed and one twin/full bunk bed leading into a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have 32' flat screen TV's.
Downstairs living area has a comfy couch with twin recliners, plush oversized beanbag and (3) bar stools. A 40' hi-def flat screen TV, Bluetooth audio system and blu-ray player for your entertainment. Dining table is large with chair service for six.
Walk to the Les Schwab Amphitheater for some of the great outdoor events and concerts. Close to the Deschutes River running through the Old Mill District, Riverbend Park, kayaking, paddle boarding, river rafting, biking...all within walking from this prime location.
For some of the best skiing in the U.S., Mt. Bachelor is less than 30 minutes up the road. Just past Mt. Bachelor are some of the most pristine lakes you can find for fishing, hiking, biking. The Mt. Bachelor Super Shuttle is only 5 minutes away and can also get you to the mountain.

Summary: This property had a great layout and was a quick walk to the amphitheater and the Oldmill district. Space felt clean and homie, easy check out and in.

Summary: The house was as stated in the app. It was nice seeing the deer walking down the street next to the house. Neighborhood was quiet and didn't have any theft issues. However with the restrictions of not parking in front of the house due to new tar seal, having a guaranteed parking spot was a challenge.

Summary: The place was very clean and organized and close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing that didn't meet my standard was the quality of bed mattress..it was outdated and was not firm enough for me.

Summary: Where do I begin? I usually do not give bad reviews of my vrbo’s but, folks, this was one of the worst Vrbo I’ve stayed in. I’ll list the pros first. Super deep garage, adequate air conditioning, lovely new washer and dryer. That’s about it. Cons: windows were filthy inside and out. Same with window tracks. Disgusting. When we pulled out the tv in the living room to watch some Olympics with the family I was shocked to see the dust that was behind the television in the entertainment area. The bean bag needs to go. I’m not sure who would want to sit on that. Your dining room table underneath the glass is gross. Seriously I could go on and on. Threadbare towels, a curtain in the master to separate the bathroom and the bedroom? No extra toilet paper. Stains all over your white carpet? In the master shower, there were pubic hairs, slime in the soap holder, and soap scum on the shower doors. The sinks didn’t drain properly. You honestly need to throw away the purple dryer because it is a fire risk. The entire back of the dryer becomes extremely hot and could burn someone if they weren’t aware. The stovetop was dirty. The rug in front of the kitchen sink had stains all over it. The guest towel in the bathroom needs to be thrown away. Honestly, this house looks like it was lived in heavily in the 90’s and then you decided to use it as a Vrbo investment. I’m not sure why you keep getting great reviews to be perfectly honest. We were extremely disappointed. And I don’t say that often.

Summary: This townhome is in a great location in Bend. Walking distance to the river and beach. Minutes drive to downtown. Was super clean and all the amenities you need. The bunk bed room worked out perfectly for our kids to stay in. The big garage even fit our truck! The only reason I’m giving a 4-star is because the master bedroom bed is pretty uncomfortable. I’m not that picky, but it wasn’t great. My wife ended up sleeping on one of the bunk beds. A simple mattress topper would help make it more comfortable. But everything else was great. We’d stay there again and again if the bed situation changed.

Summary: Love that the Old Mill District was within walking distance. There were 3 of us and we all had our own comfortable bed. Parking was also easy, one of our cars parked inside the garage and the other on the street. The neighborhood seems safe and was very quiet.
