Summary: Check in is at 4. We got there at 5:30 and the cleaning lady and her son was still there cleaning. At first they didn’t want us to come in, but then we said, we were going to sit by the pool. They finished around 6:30. The next day we called about some issues with the house. The kitchen sink was leaking, 1 toilet was stopped up. The front door mechanism wasn’t working properly. Maintenance came out and fixed the first 2 things that day. The following day, we went to one of the parks. When we came back around 6 the front door was wide open. The latch to the door was now missing and no one locked up the house with all of our belongings inside. We had no access to the internet. They gave 4 different passwords to use and none of them worked. Luckily my son in law had a laptop with his own connection though his work, so I was able to check in and get our boarding passes. The pool was vey dirty and green slime in it. The pool guy came and cleaned it. The screen to the pool is broken and dead leaves were all in the pool and pool area. We found broken glass out buy the pool sitting area. And we had a toddler with us. We were there a week and the out last day there we woke up to the ceiling leaking in 2 spots from the rain that moved in. I’m just glad I heard it dripping and was able to place some towels in the hallway and stairway and warn everyone so, they didn’t fall down the very steep staircase. We made the best of it. But, for that kind of money those things shouldn’t be neglected. I have Never had to call and tell owners their property has a some serious issues and I’ve stayed in a lot of condos, houses, and cabins.

Summary: Great location! Check-in was super easy and property management was very responsive. Unit is updated for the most part, but still a few more updates are needed to make the unit more functional. Here are list of comments in no particular order: Some bedroom doors do not lock Many towels were folded but were wet when we arrived Closet in star wars room is not accessible Patio furniture is very worn and chairs at able are not safe to sit on.. especially for kids. Too wobbly. Patio seating was dirty and some parts moldy.. could use a good power wash Pool was constantly dirty due to lanai always having leaves and debris on it Game room items are very worn. Air hockey table does not work well. Could use some seating in this room. Other units have gaming chairs or bean bags. Lighting in Star Wars room is very cool but could use some instructions on how to operate it There are close to 100 plates and bowls in this unit. You can certainly throw a party in here. However, there was a lack of spoons (zero teaspoons like another person mentioned). Crib is a nice addition, but would have preferred it not in the master suite. No pot holders were provided Fridge leaked and they cane quickly to fix and even sent a replacement fridge the day we were leaving Bottom line, location can’t be beat, the price is right and managers are very responsive. We would certainly stay again with NOVA, but probably pick a different unit.

Summary: Property was great. Had to call on wi-fi password which wasn't set to what was listed on sheet but other than that, the place was great. Grandkids enjoyed the pool while adults loved the game room! Would stay again!

Summary: It could have been cleaner. We were 11people, but there were only 5 spoons. Glasses could have been washed better. Condo worked for us, but it really needs to be spruced up. The upstairs bedroom with bath had a broken bed frame when we arrived. Pool filthy til guy cleaned, but he left water on and flooded the patio.

Summary: The Windsor Hills Resort was perfect for my family. I searched all over and I'm very happy this was the place I chose! Closest Location to the Disney Parks and surrounded by everything you can possibly need. The house we stayed in was Beautiful. Perfect pool and patio if you don't want anyone right behind You! That was a must for us. With a water view and overlooking the main pool house and Waterpark was very nice too.. No need to drive over, its only a 2 minute walk... the only negative part about our stay was the first 2 days there was no AC on the 2nd floor (94° & extremely humid) because of a frozen line which made the carpet wet for the week we were there. The game room should be updated like the rest of the house it's very dark, the tv did not work and the air hockey table is very wobbly. Other then that it was AWESOME! IT SEEMED LIKE ALL THE PROPERTIES I WAS INTERESTED IN BELONGED TO FRANK AND WINNIE... SO LOOK FOR THEIR NAMES WHEN CHOOSING A HOUSE AND YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED 😍

Summary: The property was clean overall. The kitchen sink did not have hot running water, some of the kitchen countertop formica was broken off. There seems to be an infestation of small bugs in the kitchen area around the post to the right of the toaster. We found them on the dining room side as well. All our food was sealed and we even moved it, but still found some. We would stay at Windsor Hills again, but not this property although the owners were very nice and responsive

Summary: the house arrangement was just as it was described. Gorgeous, clean, and spacious home. Just like the house I would expect to live during breaks. The house was great, everything was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend and return to this place.

Summary: We had wonderful experience staying in Frank's beautiful house. Beds were very comfortable with high quality mattresses. We had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The pool was a welcome feature at the end of a long day at the parks.The house is well maintain, clean and his management team is very easy to deal with. We will for sure stay here again for my next vacation.
