This incredible family-friendly waterfront home situated on 1 acre of gorgeous oaks and pines boasts a large screened porch with 180 degree, panoramic deep water and sunset views across Adam's Creek and the intracoastal waterway (ICWW).
Relax in the hammock under 100 year old Giant Live Oaks with Spanish Moss or swim and sunbathe on the private beach steps away from the house.
Water lovers and fishermen will love the long 300 foot dock, as Adam’s Creek is home to a plethora of redfish, speckled trout and flounder. Birdwatching and wildlife include ospreys, bald eagles, herons, egrets, seagulls, terns, ducks, hummingbirds, deer, turkey and otters...all frequently visiting this one of a kind, peaceful property. Watch shrimp boats and all variety of personal watercraft and sailboats plying the beautiful waters between Oriental and Beaufort.
Watch amazing sunsets from this west facing waterfront gem, which is also a perfect place to see dolphins swimming up and down the waterway. Summary: Everything about this property was exactly what we were looking for. It’s secluded enough to be quiet and close enough to things that you can run to store or go on adventures. All of the amenities were very nice, the kitchen is well appointed, the beds and sitting areas were extremely comfortable, and communication with the host was outstanding. We will definitely plan to visit again. I can’t rave enough about views during the day and the night sounds from the water that you experience while sitting on the screened porch. It’s the perfect getaway!
