Summary: We rent the ground floor of the duplex. This place was very clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, no one else was renting at the time we were there. The outdoor covered sitting area was great, as it rained most of our stay. The owner was very responsive. I had to call him because the code on the door didn’t work, but he picked up first ring and had it fixed within a minute or so.

Summary: This was a great house at an affordable price! We had a group of 5 moms and 5 girls (age 11) and it was plenty big enough. Communication with the property manager was very quick and easy. The kitchen was very spacious and the deck is awesome. Beach is right across the street and easy to access. Only minor complaints - the shared pool with the downstairs unit is a little uncomfortable if you don't know who is renting the downstairs and most of the beds were creaky and uncomfortable.
