Negative: The overnight staff management who questioned if my dog was a service dog and explain what kind of service dog the one that took the reservation was very nice but the manager was very rude. My wife was bring our things in along with our service dog who was a alseep in his cage he sleeps in she was stop and the manager mumbled something then said to my wife what room are you in my wife told her and so did the girl who checked us in. When my wife arrived in the room and then the phone rang she answered it and the lady who was at the front desk w red hair started to question my wife about my service dog she asked what kind of service my wife said and said she has my dogs papers for it the lady said that Emotional service dogs aren't service dogs and all this time was very rude then my wife explained we come a few times and our dog and never had a problem until today. When my wife asked who she was she hesitated to answer then said she was the manager ,the whole time she was very rude, n stated that she let it go this time but next time she wouldn't. She needs some customers service training how to talk with people.my wife was so upset she wanted to leave she left being treated like this was horrible. Yes I would.love for someone to.contact me about this matter
