Positive: Property was very well maintained and comfortable sleeping. Breakfast was continental but has enough to choose from for breakfast. Well definitely use them again.

Negative: Nothing, it was much better than I expected. Location was good for what I needed and able to get back and forth without any problems.

Positive: The hotel location was nice, rooms were well appointed. The handyman and guy setting up breakfast was very nice and friendly.

Negative: The gal at the front desk was miserable. She was awful when we checked in on Thursday and at the desk on Friday. The rooms lack an alarm clock and a coffee pot which would be nice. In room 204 there was no desk chair. In room 223 the desk portion of the table was awkward to use. Should be flipped to the other side. The tub was very slippery might want slip strips.

Summary: Nice clean reasonably price to stay.

Positive: Our stay at Spark by Hilton Norfolk was very good. Check-in went smooth, staff at the hotel are very helpful, always there to answer questions. Rooms were clean, enough for our family, met our expectations.

Negative: Breakfast could be improved.

Positive: Some staff attitude was not ok. On the middle night a staff woman came to the 3-rd floor and spoke so very laud at 3am with a neighbor door guest room, we were very patient and only after 1 hour of her conversation we get out from the bed, opened the door and told her if she understand of what she is doing; yes, she said sorry, but she woke up all my family. After the first night we went to the ocean and came back around 4:30 pm and we were so upset to see our room not clean and change towels. I never had any issue with Hilton, but this was very upsetting trip.

Negative: Staff attitude and not understanding of own behavior during night Not clean room on the time
