Positive: Staff was friendly but was wearing too many hats to be available at the front desk

Negative: Not up to the standards of a Hilton brand. No coffee maker nor a microwave in room. Breakfast was far from the standard for Hilton brand. Not impressed and will reconsider booking a franchise Hilton brand property. Very disappointing

Summary: Dissatisfied with the franchise owners lack of being up to Hilton standards!!!

Positive: I loved everything about this place. Checking in the front desk attendant was attentive and friendly, the hotel was clean and smelled fresh, the rooms were comfortable, well lit, and super quiet. If there was anyone above or next door, never heard any noise. The door was thick and heavy. Shampoo and body wash was provided along with facial soap, hand soap and lotion. The tv had lots of options as well as nice chargers next to the bed with a bedside table on each side of the bed. The check out staff was also attentive and very friendly. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection of hard boiled eggs, flavored yogurt and vanilla along with cereal, granola, fresh fruit, bagels, coffee, juice, oatmeal, and plenty of other condiments. The grounds were clean, well lit and safe feeling. There were several places to eat within walking distance. And best part, it was extremely affordable.

Negative: There isn’t anything I can think of that could have been better, be changed, or even tweaked.
