Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Wine Country retreat! Madrid was very friendly and responsive from the beginning until end! This house was in a great location convenient to so many things! There is a fabuous coffee shop just a few feet away and other cute lil' establishments all walking distance! Also, well known cities (such as Healdsburg) are only about a 15-20 minute drive away for those that like to wine taste and dine out! The house was very clean upon arrival and comfortable! The hot tub was a plus! We were a group of 10 to celebrate a birthday so it was very comfortable there to hang out and spend quality time together! I highly recommend this place!

Summary: This property was fun and quirky with an interesting layout. There was tons of room for three siblings, their spouses and families. The main living room was large enough for everyone to sit and talk. Great location to downtown.

Summary: Everything was fine except the kitchen is hopelessly outdated, no garbage disposal no dishwasher. Was not told about another person living there. He visitor took up one of our two parking places.
