Tucked away on a private hilltop with sweeping views of wine country, our beautifully remodeled Ranch House offers a peaceful escape in the heart of California’s North Coast wine region. Surrounded by world-class wineries—Sonoma, Mendocino, Napa, and the coast—you’re perfectly positioned for unforgettable tastings and outdoor adventures. Just down the road, there is the opportunity for a once-in-a-lifetime skydiving experience and many other outdoor activities: hiking, biking, boating at Lake Sonoma, and so much more!
Our Ranch House is completely remodeled. Our home boasts an open floor plan. No more being stuck in the kitchen by yourself! Now, everyone can be together enjoying conversation, cooking, and the incredible view. In addition, the house has new bamboo floors, quartz countertops and custom-made cabinets in kitchen and bath. This home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is accompanied by a master bath and walk-in closet. The bedroom features a California King bed and eastern views. There are two other guest rooms both sporting spectacular views and both with queen beds. The additional bed is a sleeper sofa with brand new air dream mattress. No more springs in the back!
There is a large Redwood deck that looks east and south over the town of Cloverdale. The views of the mountains are awe-inspiring!
The kitchen includes all new appliances, including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker and a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer available for use if needed.
Enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee on a chair in the front yard or a picnic beneath the trees. Host a wine tasting on the back deck through the lounge after wine tasting in the local area! The best part is that this house is on top of a hill secluded and private. A perfect destination for relaxation and fun.

Summary: The place was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make a nice dinner. The view was spectacular and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. My family had a lot of fun. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Andrea and Amy were so kind and thorough during the booking process. I had to make some changes to the guest list and they were very accommodating. The property itself was spacious, calm, and provided the best view in Cloverdale. It was the perfect place to unwind and decompress with friends or family! Summary: What a gorgeous place! Stayed here with my parents, in-laws, and our young children. They had a pack and play and high chair, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds. We ate many meals on the deck. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions before we made our trip but the house was so well prepared that we had no reason to contact them during our stay. So thankful for how clearly and kindly they communicated so all we had to do up here was enjoy our time as a family and celebrate my brother getting married. Thank you for letting us stay at The Ranch House!

Summary: We loved our stay at the Ranch House. The home was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We felt completely at home. Our favorite spot was the deck to visit and enjoy the beautiful view. Great access to a hiking trail and proximity to grocery store was great. Would love to stay here again.
