Three comfortable bedrooms with a Family bathroom, En-suite to master bedroom and downstairs WC. Enclosed patio with bistro-style table/chairs also off-road private parking for two vehicles.

Summary: Beautiful home, in a quiet village. Perfect for us as walkers, so close to the South West Coastal walk. Loved everything about our stay. The Kings Arms opposite had the most welcoming publican. Highly recommend Hartland!

Summary: The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need for a ‘home from home’ stay. It is in very good order and linen and towels are of very good quality. It is situated in the centre of the village with 3 pubs, 2 shops, a coffee house and a fish and chip shop within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Summary: We have just returned from what was a wonderful weeks stay at this cottage. The communication with the owner was excellent from the start and we were well informed prior to our arrival. The cottage was just like the pictures, it’s beautiful and felt so homely. The village itself is lovely and you have everything you need there. We found it a great place to get you to many places and some lovely walks round there too. This holiday was one we will never forget! Thank you!

Summary: The property exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and feeling like home from home. Everything was available to live, eat and sleep very comfortably. The village is well situated in the village of Hartland, just 3 miles off the A39 and within easy reach of all the towns and villages you would want to visit. Plenty of walks too. The village is quiet, but has 3 pubs/restaurants, a small Post Office and a general store. Big supermarkets at Bideford less than half an hour away. Good contact and support from Fiona the owner - an excellent property to which we hope to return!
