Summary: Our group of 8 adults had an absolutely wonderful time in this house! Wonderfully equipped kitchen, lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. Spent lots of time on the covered terrace, ate most meals there. The owners have thought of everything needed to make for a great vacation. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided, as well as warm-water outdoor shower. We took the train daily to Rome, which is about a 35 minute trip. If you want to combine Rome with relaxation, this is the place!

Summary: This is a very well maintained and tastefully decorated beach house. It is spacious and the high ceilings in the living room and kitchen with big windows facing the sea / dunes create a wonderful airy atmosphere. The partly covered terrace is a highlight. We spent most of our time out there. There are lots of things to do and see which can be reached within an hour drive. Restaurants of all types and for every budget are virtually everywhere. The manager/owner is highly professional, friendly and helpful and they truly care that you are enjoying your vacation at the house. We had a great time and highly recommend this house

Summary: We had an excellent time. I think it would be hard to find anything to improve, the communication was perfect, everything was nicely prepared, stylish and clean, the interior is lovely and we had everything we could possibly need. The house is great and we made friends with the local bar/restaurant owner. The owners had excellent communication and organisation and it felt a privilege to be staying in the house. It is very quiet and save and you couldn't be physically be closer to the beach.

Summary: We stayed here with our two boys 9 and 12 from end of May 2012 for two weeks. This house is really fantastic and also was the welcome. Everything was there including food for the first day, wine and homemade muffins! The house is big and quiet as it is protected by a small dune from wind and sight of others but you can see the sea from the house and sit on the dune in the evening, just 5 meters away from the kitchen... admire beautiful sunsets over a perfect beach. The sea was warm and is not very deep so you can swim but also let your children play in the water as they can stand in the water for a long way.... Even on weekends this part of the beach had only a few visitors but offers a nice and good but cheap pizzeria and bar just a short walk along the beach. By car we reached all the highlights of Rome within 60 minutes ( going in around 10 am and going back around 7 pm... so avoid the rush hour ) and there are a lot of parking garages right next to the points of interest ( Vatican, Villa Borghese...) They are around € 15 per day but we also managed to park on the street along the Tiber river for juts € 4 for a whole day.... If we come back to Rome one day ( we have thrown a lot of coins into Trevi fountain we will definatively choose this house again. It was worth every penny....
