Villa Avalon is a magnificent three-story property located in a peaceful rural area, yet close to all amenities, offering stunning views of the sea and the golf course, making it the perfect setting for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.
The interior is spacious and elegant, with air conditioning in all rooms. The living room on the ground floor is welcoming and perfect for moments of relaxation or socializing, featuring a television and access to the rest of the house.
On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, providing convenience for guests staying on this level.
The first floor features three bedrooms: a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower, a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower on this floor.
The lower floor includes two suites with double beds, both with bathrooms with showers, plus a suite for four people with two single beds and a bunk bed. Summary: The villa is great, lots of amenities, kitchen fully stocked, beds very comfy, bathrooms look to be quite new, pool area was great, cinema room was great but the villa needs a bit of money spending on it, there are signs of wear and tear and it could be amazing but we had a fantastic holiday.

Summary: We stayed here at the beginning of march for 4 nights. The villa is spacious, and bedrooms are all decent sizes with ensuites. We found the villa to be very dated and in need of a refurbishment. The paint is flaking from walls, and drainage smells constantly from the ground floor. We found ants in all areas on arrival, pool table, piano, and jukebox dont work correctly and pointless been in there. The external doors dont lock properly, and the internal doors are missing keys to lock. We paid extra for the heating of the pool and the jacuzzi, the message jets didnt work correctly with the controls snapped and just placed on, after a few days the water was green, there was no instruction ti chlorinate or a visit was made to clean this. The cinema room was found to be helpful as we had a couple of days with rain. We found there was nothing in the area except a small shop ( which is very expensive ) and a cafe / bar within walking distance. The nearest town was around 10 in an Uber. Contact with the hosts agent is good, but check in and out was very strict, which wasnt ideal when you arrive early and flight isnt till late.Overall,we would not stay again unless some money was invested to get this villa back to its best.

Summary: A great property in a great location. Some love and care is needed to give the property the required maintenance (paint on the walls, locks on some doors, dishwasher missing wheels of the bottom rack, pool table balls missing). Really enjoyed the cinema and the outside terrace. Hottub heats ok and is great at night, unfortunately the massaging functions are not working properly.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay! The location is peaceful, it provides a tranquil escape, while still being conveniently close to all the amenities. The large pool, creates a perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. There is a fantastic game room, where we had great fun! Can't wait to come back!
