Summary: Plenty of room for people to sleep and the screened in outside place was perfect for doing puzzles and just gathering around to chat. The outside cooking area was great and the outdoor showers very handy! We all enjoyed the closeness to the beach!

Summary: The property suited our needs very well. It was a very short walk to the access to access to an uncrowned part of the beach across the street. Although on a main road, traffic wasn’t really an issue and it was quiet at might for sleeping. The house was close enough to the wharf and amusement park that we could easily get there when we wished. We enjoyed ourselves and were very comfortable in the house.

Summary: My family and I stayed here last year and had a great time, so we returned again this year and had another wonderful vacation. Weather was almost perfect had 1 day of rain and 1 cloudy day, it was good to have a break from the sun. We are looking to stay again next year!

Summary: It was not that clean. Greasy pots and pans Beds for 12 people but enough seating in living room and around the table. Be aware that bedding, sheets and towels are not provided. Good location. Path to the beach right across the street.

Summary: This home was great for the 9 of us that stayed. The week we were there, the temps were pretty high, it was awesome having AC in every room to cool us down after the beach. The outdoor showers are a genius addition, this kept sand out of the house and helped wash away the salty water and bits of seaweed. There are a lot of great places to eat but also, the stores are very close to get anything you may need. I recommend staying here! Thanks for a perfect week!

Summary: This place was perfect!! Plenty of room enough bathrooms, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and eating. The place was very clean. Location was great just across the street from the beach. The outdoor showers were great when returning from the beach. The house had beach chairs and beach toys. The grills were great and the outdoor lobster cookers were great! Sunsets were beautiful! The only downfall was the mosquitos! But we knew the location would have them, next time will have more spray! All and all it was wonderful and hope to do it again next year.

Summary: Despite some visible dust, cobwebs, and a/c filters that were dirty we were overall very happy with our stay. There was plenty of room for all our guests, we loved the lobster cooker and the outdoor showers, plus the short walk to a very beautiful, not crowded beach made the vacation.
