12 minutes to the heart of downtown.
5 minutes to the University of Chicago.
8 minutes to McCormick place, Soldier Field, Credit One Arena and Sox Stadium

Walking distance to two train lines leading downtown and the entire city. Our historic home was built in 1895 and maintains much of its original fascacde and structure. It has been carefully restored and rehabbed to maintain it’s nineteenth century appearance.
Our family lives upstairs with our small children, due to the age of the home you can sometimes hear their footsteps particularly in the hallway. They all attend full day school and go to bed by 8:00 PM, so it is quiet during business & bedtime hours. *** absolutely NO parties, gathering, events***

Summary: We had a fantastic 3-week stay at this property. It’s clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The space is perfect for families with children, and the location is great. The host is always welcoming, responsive, and easy to work with. Summary: This was our second time staying at this property, and once again, it was a great experience. The place is extremely clean and well-kept, which we really appreciate as a family with kids. Everything we needed was already there—extra towels, kitchen supplies, toiletries, and other small touches that made things easy and comfortable.The location is perfect—close to everything we needed.The owners are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Their communication before and during our stay was excellent, and they truly make you feel welcome.We’ve already made plans to stay here again.
