Summary: We had a great long weekend at Julie and Fran's place. They were very responsive and communicative. We were able to walk to Gary's Restaurant and the Oneida Lake Brewhaus. This location is about a 5 minute walk to each. Verona Beach State Park is about a 10-15 minute walk. We used to own a property in the area, so we were able to catch up with some friends as well. The place was immaculate, with all the right attention to details, and everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The beds and linens were very plush and comfortable. And the couch will have you taking an afternoon nap in no time. There is a duck pond in the back yard, as well as a gas grill, and a patio set. It was very easy to unpack and start relaxing. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We hope to be back.

Summary: On the spur of the moment we decided to make a quick trip to New York from the Midwest. We were so happy to find this beautiful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Oneida.
