Summary: Being familiar with the area, I knew that this HOA was a nice area. This unit exceeding my expectations. Properties around water with lots of rain may tend to have moldy smells or lots of bugs, but this property was clean and smelled great. The space was very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my cup of coffee in the morning looking out at the lake. This space was very kid friendly with minimal decorations to worry about breaking things. We hope this unit will be available in the future when we come back to visit.
