Positive: House was beautiful!

Negative: The King size bed mattress needs to be replaced. We could feel the springs and they kept popping. Also the ceiling fan in the main bedroom needs maintenance it's loose and the attached jewelry on string keeps tapping on light fixture.

Positive: This house is very beautiful, clean, and extremely spacious. As soon as we walked in the door, we felt comfortable, so much so that it felt like being at home and we drove from Maryland, Alabama, and Florida. The location is ideal, beautiful neighborhood, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and highways. We had everything we needed, including privacy, much more than what you would get at a hotel. We also loved that there were televisions in each room. This house is perfect for a large group, family or friends that wants to vacation together and still have privacy to sleep. The five bedrooms are a nice size. There are three separate gathering areas to watch movies, sports, play games or just hang out and chat. We enjoyed this house to the max! The host was the best, very nice, accessible, and very responsive!

Negative: Let me be clear, it's not what I didn't like, it just would have been nice to have a grill and seating in the backyard. It's the south with beautiful weather, so hanging out in the yard would be great! Also, no fault of the owners, the Dish network goes out when it rains and if after hours on the weekend as it was with us, you're out of luck. It's football season, you need your TV to work.

Positive: I love everything about the house, it was spotless and comfortable, we were her very 1st guests and she made it easy to contact her if we had any issues, we didn't. The location is a quiet neighborhood with access to everything you need there, from food, ambiance, and great bbq, the host made some great suggestions on where to eat and have fun! plus the airport is 12 minutes away. I would definitely stay at this property again. *5 STARS*****

Negative: The only thing I didn't like is we didn't have access to the community pool, in fairness she didn't mention the pool in the description so it's not a biggie. I'm sure it's because of liability, however, she did suggest going to the YMCA which we did and had a blast.
