Positive: The apartments are very clean, there are many pleasant surprises from the owners, everything you need for your stay is there. The terrace is a special pleasure. The accommodation is located in the very center of Linz.

Positive: The property has a perfect location in downtown Linz close to restaurants etc. It is spacious (large living room and two bed rooms) and has a very nice and big terrace. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive.

Positive: Loved this place! Lovely, clean, and spacious. The balcony was nice but it rained most of the time, so we couldn't use it. Kitchen was well stocked with items to cook, and the coffee machine was much appreciated. Great location near the old city and so many sights, I would stay again. We loved Linz and this apartment was a perfect spot.

Negative: Maybe the rubbish trucks just outside the windows. They come very early and need to back into position, so very noisy. Can also hear and see people walking down the street, into the wee hours of the night. Sound proofing would be nice (closing the windows was a must, but still very noisy).
