Summary: Our family came together from different parts of the country for an OU graduation and this house was perfect for a party of 8. Plenty of room to ramble and gather , The kitchen was spacious and perfect for entertaining. We like to cook so we had specific menus in mind for the 4 days we were there. Anything we needed was just 10 minutes away at the local Walmart or Dollar Tree. We spent plenty of time on the front porch watching cranes hunt gold fish in the pond. The neighborhood is so quiet and tranquil. Plenty of bedrooms and the bonus was a large bedroom downstairs off the kitchen that was perfect for my parents who have difficulty climbing stairs. Big table in the kitchen to gather round and visit or watch the NBA finals that were on. Keith contacted me soon after we checked in and let me know if we have any issues contact him. I had a few questions and he responded right away. We all wished it was summer so we could have enjoyed the pool. I would definitely rent again.The property was everything and more than I expected.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay. It was hot, and we were in pool most of day. That being said,Great for adult group, BUT NOT KID FRIENDLY. Lots of room to roam outside, and tons of sleeping accomodations. We had 6 adults & 3 toddlers. Glass tables in living room,which is only inside gathering space. "Fully Equipped Kitchen" was NOT AT ALL. There are no cooking utensils AT ALL. 2 wooden spoons,ladle. That was it! No spatula,tongs,serving spoons,etc. Minimum silverware.Coffee maker was a SINGLE SERVE KEURIG. There are only 6 coffee cups. THERE WAS NO GRILL. We went to store & purchased a small charcoal grill to use as our meal plans centered around grilling. Pool was awesome and clean. All of this was a blip in life, and we made do. We actually had a fantastic time and memories for our kids and grandkids that are priceless. I could see us coming back here with some changes to the kitchen and grill situation. GREAT HOUSE AND POOL!!
