Summary: Great stay would book again but pool cold 150 bucks a day is way to much to charge needed chemicals for spa trash cans already full but with all said it was a great time

Summary: Great place for small wedding! Plenty of room to sleep 10 out of town guests.About 30 people for the wedding with plenty of space and parking also.The weather was too cold to be able to use the pool or the outdoor area so everything stayed indoors. The only thing that could be improved would be to have heating in the game area.Communication with Carolyn was outstanding as she went out of her way to help out before and after our stay!

Summary: Property accommodated our family very well in addition to family members coming for a day visit. The astro-turf yard was perfect for the kids plus they enjoyed exploring adjoining wooded lot. Home updates are very nice, especially the bathrooms, and the decorated Christmas tree was appreciated. Kitchen could have been better stocked as we purchased cookie sheet, bowls and a wine opener to suit our needs. Also the outer home surroundings could have used a better clean-up and the kids' playroom toys need an upgrade. Overall very pleased.
