Summary: This home was well maintained, well equipped with high chair and Graco pack and play for a baby to sleep in. Very clean and huge. It does have 21 sleeping spots. Pool and outdoor area lovely and clean. Three refrigerators in all. One in pool cabana so no need to run in for drinks. The pool house is private and so adorable , a complete unit by itself. Internet was very good. In addition to the unit being perfect, the host was very accessible and answered questions quickly. It is a quick walk to the beach, however the beach is very wide so the walk to the shore takes a while. That you be no matter which house you stayed in. All in all we were very happy in this house.

Summary: we loved our stay at this house. a lot of space , the pool is nice and big . kids had a blast ! very close to the beach (3 min walk). walking distance to ice cream and restaurant . highly recommended.

Summary: The property was great for the young kids, but stating that the property is wheel chair accessible was wrong! My daughter could not get in the main house and the bathroom in the small house had a 6” lip to get in the bathroom. The beds were not made and sheets and towels were under the steps to the upstairs, never stayed in a place where we had to make the beds. We killed hundreds of flies

Summary: Easy communication with home owner. Everyone enjoyed the outside space. Air conditioning worked great. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had a lot of dishes, pots and pan, but sink would not drain. Living room was a little small for the amount of people we had. The two out buildings smelled like pot, I reached out to owners about it. They stated they were aware of the situation and that they had changed air filters and had a purifier running before we got there. They had someone bring another purifier for the remainder of our stay to us on Tuesday.

Summary: Our office has started a yearly weekend retreat to the Sandbridge area and this house was a perfect fit for our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficent and the addition of the guest cottage was great. It is a little out dated but it was so close to public beach access that we didn't mind. The pool and hot tub were also great to use.
