Great location! Convenient access to area, lake and attractions without having to get on Interstate. Private, comfortable, clean & spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath turn-key attached rental in upscale lake neighborhood. On 5 acres located right off I77 exits 31-33 close to Lowes HQ, Davidson College, Ingersol Rand, Duke Energy, and more. Queen bed, leather couch/chair, dining, breakfast area, desk, cable, WiFi, full fridge, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, stove, linens, pots, pans and all kitchen needs. Beautiful scenery. Private secure entrance.
The space
1400 sq ft. spacious completely private 1 bed/1 bath 2nd floor home apartment. Parking right next to door, private and secure entrance in upscale Mooresville Lake Norman neighborhood on 5 acres. Includes WIFI, a full kitchen/dining area, breakfast nook, living area with TV, office nook, bedroom, full bath, laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
There is also an additional connected bedroom that includes a full size bed, linens, and dresser that could be opened up for an additional charge of $15 nightly. Please inquire if this is needed for your stay.
Furnishings include turn-key kitchen, coffee pot, microwave, full size fridge, single leather recliner and leather love-seat dual recliner, office nook with desk in main area, desk and chair in bedroom, all bedroom and bath linens, 2 closets, TV in living area and bedroom, DVD player, Cable, Stereo, Alarm Clock.
The private secure outside entrance is well lit on the side of the home. Guests have convenient entry parking just a few steps from the stairway entry. There is a 3 mile circle through the neighborhood and around the lake, great for walking/jogging.
We also have onsite RV/motor home parking and a 50 amp plug available for an additional fee based on availability available during your stay.
Fantastic location walking distance to Lake Norman and provides convenient interstate free travel to visit area attractions, NASCAR, race tracks, Lowes HQ, Davidson College. Less than 1 mile to grocery store, restaurants and gas stations.

Summary: This is a very spacious apartment, in a beautiful and quiet location. The neighborhood is great for walking. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. Check in was easy and communication was great. The one minor issue we had was dealt with instantly. It definitely deserves all of the excellent reviews it has received.

Summary: Beautiful, spacious apartment. Best friend and I visited the Billy Graham Library, but didn't want to stay in Charlotte. This place was the perfect location - very quiet and beautiful (safe) neighborhood. Hosts were very welcoming recommending places to eat, which did not disappoint. Jeffrey's and Eddie's on the Lake were great. Apartment was spotless.

Summary: We just loved our 16 days here. Marza and Reid are incredible hosts. The apartment was very cleaned, very good size, great king size bed, lots of hot water for a shower/bath . I cooked almost every night so kitchen had everything we needed. We had Thanksgiving holiday here. I loved walking in the nice neighborhood and could walk to see Lake Norman. I loved the small touches of a starter of coffee, a bottle of wine and some small candy treats. They really pay attention to detail. Just loved it.

Summary: I had a great stay at this property, the location was perfect and the rental was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the small touches and the convenience of everything in the space. The only thing I have feedback on is the Wi-Fi was not the best unless I was in the bedroom. Overall though it was a wonderful stay!
