Unlike many traditional homes in Kyoto, this one is modern, spacious, and features a pleasant green area toward the back, which brings a refreshing touch of nature — a rare combination in the city. One standout feature is the private parking space, which was incredibly convenient, especially given how difficult it can be to find parking in Kyoto.The location is quiet and residential, ideal for a longer stay, while still being close enough to shops, tourist spots and public transport. The home was well-equipped for our family’s needs and made for a very comfortable base to explore Kyoto.The hosts were extremely professional and responsive. For example, when we noticed a minor leak, they addressed it immediately and had it resolved fast.We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a stylish and practical house in Kyoto. Would certainly come back.
