Summary: We had a great stay at the lake cottage! The front room facing the lake was our favourite spot… we spent many hours sitting chatting and enjoying the serene view. The house was well stocked and the location was perfect for wine tasting and experiencing Essex County. A perfect space for an extended family visit.

Summary: Our family of 4, including our 2 college age children had a wonderful time at this great house on Lake Erie. The views are beautiful, and everything is close by or a short drive. Holiday Beach wildlife area is very close and a great place for birdwatching, and there are gorgeous wineries a short drive away, including Sprucewood Shores, and Viewpointe Estate. The home was perfect, beds are comfortable, everything is labeled and the owners have taken care to think of everything. We had a fire in the fire pit, played Scrabble in the sunroom, and sat on the expensive deck, watching the waves of Lake Erie.

Summary: The views are incredible. There is lots to do in the area but we cocooned in the house for our visit because it was just so perfectly cozy. Such a unique setting. The hosts are kind, responsive, and welcoming. They have things set up for your comfort and have provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. We cannot wait to book again in the future!

Summary: Four of us were in the area for a work trip and opted to find a cottage to rent rather than stay in a hotel, and this place was perfect. It was great to come back at the end of the day and be right on the water. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, and Jen was super responsive to questions. I'd love to go back when I'm not working to be able to explore the area more!
