Village hamlet close to woods and numerous golf courses. Train links to London Victoria or London Bridge every 30 minutes, journey takes around 40 mins. Easy road access to both Gatwick (25mins) and Heathrow (40mins). Epsom downs located within 4 miles.
This is a lovely family home with South African wooden floors and African inspired art. The house has underfloor heating throughout and furnished with modern/antique furniture to reflect our heritage and travels. There is a large cinema and games room with surround sound system and speaker system integrated throughout the ground floor. There is a well-equipped gym with doors that lead out to the patio area, which has ample seating as well as facilities for a BBQ. The 10-seater Jacuzzi has beautiful views of the recently landscaped garden which is a brilliant place to explore and relax. It is also child and pet friendly.
This home is for family’s and small social gatherings. No parties or events are permitted.

Summary: Merrimay is a beautiful property , just what we needed for me and my family for the festive season! It was perfect! It is exactly as the landlord states and more. The pictures doesn't really do it justice! You need to see this property to appreciate it! And Kimball, who is the host is an excellent host! Always available for any questions or concerns, which was very helpful and made our stay much easier, comfortable and exciting. We really had a great time at Tadworth! I recommend it 100%👌

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this property with our family. The house was very spacious, clean, convenient, and the grounds were private and well maintained. The owner Kimball was very accommodating and always responsive with any questions/concerns. We hope to stay here again in our future travels to the U.K. Highly recommend!

Summary: The house and garden was perfect for our family (three generations) for our first get together since the Covid lockdown in March, 2020. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of room for all the adults to help with preparing meals and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us to sit down at the table together. All five bedrooms were large and the ensuites immaculate. The cinema room was a great bonus where at times all 10 of us gathered to watch a film or the Olympics. We were all sad to leave but have many memories of a very enjoyable week together.

Summary: It was a perfect location for our family (of 6 + dog). It afforded heaps of much needed space for us to spread out after so much time on top of each other. The bedrooms were large and all en-suite. The pantry was fully stocked with essentials and a grocery order was easily arranged. The garden was beautifully landscaped and spacious with a hot tub to relax in. Kids loved the TVs everywhere and the pool table and we all made use of the gym. The owner was readily available with answers and helpful information both prior to and during our stay. We wished we’d booked an extra week and do hope to return someday.
