Positive: Plenty of room, nice pool, AC , Bathrooms.
Negative: Poorly maintained, lots of things need replacing. The back door , the BBQ is a disgrace, only one working TV remote, bathroom window doesn't shut, the Oven is broken, the 4th bedroom (office) is the other side of the property not good for children with a 6" mattress. All of the bedding is old and faded.Bedroom side light broken. Several blinds broken Most of the above can be found in previous reviews, I would question some of the reviews, not sure if they actually stayed at the property. Lots of space but nothing in it. Minimal effort for maximum profit.

Positive: The day of arrival the host texted us the door code to use. It was very easy process. The pool and home are beautiful. There is plenty of room. The hosts were very kind and quickly responded to all of our questions
Negative: Bed were very hard, which I expected with it being a rental property. There were no baking sheets. And the oven/stove sometimes worked well.
Summary: Overall it was an amazing stay. The hosts were nice and very quick to respond to any questions.
