This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located 5 miles from downtown Burlington with southerly vistas of the Green Mountains, Adirondaks and the lake.
A perfect getaway, it provides great access and privacy for up to 12 adults and one child under 12. Close to downtown Burlington, colleges and UVM, restaurants and local breweries.
You will be enchanted by amazing views of the lake and mountains in the oversized family room with 12 linear feet of windows, a cozy TV/entertainment room, a 25 foot long dining room with a wood burning fireplace, a glass-enclosed sun-porch, along with an open modern kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor with accommodations in the finished basement for 6 people in two bedrooms with full bathroom.
The house includes a two car garage, an outdoor deck with Weber grill, Adirondack chairs and table for four, laundry facilities. Parking available onsite for 6 cars in driveway and two in garage.
We charge $100 per person for each guest exceeding eight with a maximum of 13 guests. Gatherings of more than 25 people are prohibited.

Summary: Very beautiful lake view and very roomy house

Summary: Our family spent a long weekend at this clean, well designed and furnished three story house. There were eleven of us, ranging from 3years old to grand-parents. The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of manual/electrical cooking tools and decorative place settings. The very large dining room table accommodated all of us easily. Bathrooms are very clean and there were plenty of towels. Comfortable beds for all, soft bed linens. Large rooms for children to play/watch television, for adults to chat undisturbed. Flocks of Canada geese on the beach to the delight of the little ones! The owner is very easy to deal with and quick to provide information. This house was perfect for our family and we certainly would not hesitate to return. Thank you.

Summary: Everything was great with this property. Exactly as listed, if not better. We had a large family get together for a few days and this property was perfect with lots of space. Great views, easy access to the bike path, and plenty of recreational opportunities. Susan was easy to access. We would love to return to the house again in the future!

Summary: We chose wisely! This lovely home was perfect for our group of 12. The location was amazing, right on the lake with a great beach that gave us wonderful views and sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and the large dining table held us all comfortably. We all loved the proximity to the bike path and the great city of Burlington. You will not be disappointed with this lovely home!

Summary: Perhaps a new listing to VRBO, but this house is crushing it! Great for larger family gatherings, this perfectly appointed and tastefully furnished home is located right on the lake and so close to downtown Burlington, Vermont. We enjoyed the lakefront with a beautiful grill, kayaks and paddle boards and then hopped on bicycles provided by our host and peddled our way down to Burlington for lunch. This VRBO is a gem and you can’t find many like it lakeside in the Burlington area! We can’t wait to go again next year! Thank you Susan!

Summary: The Appletree Point house was beautiful and perfect for family gathering for first grandchild wedding. Owner was attentive and responsive when plumbing glitch happened. Perfectly furnished, great beds; many ways to enjoy our beautiful Lake Champlain.
