Positive: It’s a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing and made us feel completely welcome. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us to have space and not feel crowded. The hot tub was much appreciated and the brownies were delicious. We’ve already discussed returning for a fun vacation trip with plans to stay here again.

Negative: In traffic, it’s almost an hour from/to the airport, but we knew this before booking. There’s really nothing we didn’t like.

Summary: Spacious, yet cozy home that makes you feel like you are at home.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay here. Matt and Karla were fantastic hosts - kind and generous. They checked in on us daily to make sure we had what we needed, and offered suggestions for local activities. We were even happily surprised with some fresh-baked brownies when we checked in. They even messaged me a couple days prior to our stay to ask if our kids needed a high chair or pack-and-play (I guess Booking.com didn’t show the owner the kids’ ages). The property is beautiful with a large trees, big blooming azelea bushes, grassy backyard and even a little garden trail. Our kids loved exploring and playing in the backyard. And we all had fun making s’mores around the fire pit. The house is beautifully kept. Plenty of space for the 7 of us who stayed there. The kitchen had all the accessories we needed to prepare our meals as half our meals during our stay we cooked at the rental. We especially enjoyed the music room which had a grand piano and a guitar. Both of which were played by young and old alike. Location was great - close to parks, grocery stores and is in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.
