This newly renovated 3-bedroom heated pool home is conveniently located halfway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach (30 minutes). All furnishings and appliances in the home are brand new. Come and enjoy outdoor living, the screened in lanai has an outdoor sofa sectional with a 40-inch TV, an outdoor dining table that seats six and a propane grill. There is a large private back yard with a volleyball/ badminton net.
The family room looks out at the pool area through two sets of glass sliders. There is a 70-inch Smart HDTV connected to cable with free WIFI throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that is needed to prepare meals. If you prefer to eat inside there are two bar stools located in the kitchen along with a large dining room table that seats six located in the dining room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 47-inch smart TV. The master bathroom has two separate vanities and a walk in shower and a jetted jacuzzi tub. The next bedroom has a queen size bed along with cable TV. The last bedroom has a bunk bed consisting of two full size mattresses and a TV. There is also a Teepee set up in the room for children to play in.
There is also a game room which features a 7 foot pool table and a TV. The garage also has a ping pong table for enjoyment.

Summary: This property was fantastic! Came down early for the race and had an opportunity to relax and enjoy some golf. The house was very comfortable. We got to enjoy the pool as well as the outdoor area. We would come down again in the future and stay here again if available.

Summary: The property was clean, and the neighborhood was great! Neighbors are very friendly. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay and even towels & chairs for the beach, plenty of pool toys & floats! The kitchen was fully stir with whatever you may need. Roland was very accommodating & quick to respond. We appreciate the thought & care the owner takes to make sure you everything you need! Would definitely recommend 😁
