Summary: This was just what my friend and I needed. You really didn't have to go anywhere if you didn't want to, you have restaurants, grills, bars, and what I came for the lazy river and pools. It was well worth the money. Beautiful room and view of the ocean, sunrise and the pool area. I got a free upgrade which after seeing where I would have stayed I was very pleased with the change.

Summary: This was our second time there, first time at the lodge and it was a very different experience. Very fun down, lots of grime in the rooms, the couch was broken in our room, the phone wasn’t working, the front desk literally never answered a phone call, the food at Atlantic grill left much to be desired and so did the service. The pools are falling apart too. Love the location by the beach and having family friendly pools but not sure this is worth it for all the other issues we had.

Summary: We absolutely love staying here. There is so much to do for everyone. It feels like you are on an island somewhere. The property is so beautiful. Restaurants are great and staff is friendly.

Summary: We liked the pools. It had a lazy river and 1 water slide for everyone. They had an adult pool and 2 kids pools. The hotel is on the beach. The beach had shells, which was nice too. Beach was clean, no seaweed.

Summary: I’m sure this was a nice resort at one time, but it’s in rough shape. The zero entry pool is nice and the poolside servers were great, and the gelato place was good. That’s about all I can say. Negatives are numerous and as follows: -At check in, there was a DJ in the main lobby blaring music so loud I couldn’t hear the check in attendant. -We were told luggage carts were only for use by valet staff. We were not even permitted to unload in front of the hotel. This was particularly tough on my elderly parents. -3% credit card fee is a joke and completely outside the norm for a resort -We drove around every night trying to find a parking space because golf carts were taking up spaces. -at check out, they could not provide an itemized printed bill because of an “audit.” They were supposed to email one but we’ve yet to see it. -The putting course is in horrible shape. Much of the turf is worn away. -Hallways were pretty beat up and in need of a paint job. -The second floor is atrium has signs all around forbidding guests from sitting in the chairs. Signs indicated the area was only for owners, but we never saw a single person sitting there. -Being on the second floor, our ocean view room was really more of a pool view. We could see a tiny sliver of ocean. Bottom line, this place was probably amazing in its heyday, but it’s not been maintained and feels like the owners are just milking it now.

Summary: Everything was fantastic only upgrade are unit needs is tall toilet. And pots and pans would be nice. You need to call the front desk for them. Other then that it is a lot like a Mexican resort

Summary: This may have been the best resort we have ever been to in our lives. We like to travel with our family and everyone loved it. It’s quite a distance from our house, but we plan on coming back someday in the future. I would highly recommend.
