Positive: Everything, I stayed here for 5th time and I will do it again, if the property is free on the dates I need.

Negative: nothing. Everything was perfect. They even upgraded the property from the last time I was there.

Positive: Great location out of the centre of Athens, a few minutes walk to the tube station Agios Antonios, which was so easy to use and took you straight into central Athens. There is a superb bar 'Lovely Days' approximately a 10 minute walk from the property that did great bar food, we went here the first night after arriving. On the second night we stayed on the tube to the next station Peristeri a good number of restaurants and tavernas to chose from and close to the tube station, and an easy walk back to the apartment from there. Apartment was excellent, extremely clean and very comfortable, great information folder within the property, clear and concise communication from Nasos, for everything including meeting to obtain the keys and check in to the apartment. Excellent off street parking, which was one of the reasons for booking this property, and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again when in Athens.

Negative: Possibly an extra floor mat for the bathroom floor, and a mop to able to clean the bathroom after showering.

Positive: Exceptional unit with an excellent & very clean and well maintenance yard. The parking was just fine for our suv. The rooms were huge and clean and the bathroom too. Some interesting art work draw our attention as well as some pretty entertaining board games for the kids.

Negative: The living area/room needs some renovation. The coach is old and kinda dirty and very used. Same is the purple armchair and the central coffee table. The living area was not as clean as the rest of the house, as there were hair and dirt all around the table and even below the coach cover. This is why we are giving an 9 and not a 10.

Summary: Excellent choice for a family retreat!

Positive: - Very nicely renovated building, with excellent quality materials and beautiful decoration that create a warm space - Apartment with excellent layout and equipped with new very good furniture and appliances - Very nice and convenient courtyard both in front and back - Excellent private parking - Although in a very central location (metro, supermarket, national road), it is quiet every moment of the day - Excellent communication with the owner and very well organized information before arrival

Negative: The steam iron, although new, had a leak that ruined one of my shirts (wasn't fixed it at the dry cleaner either). The owner, though, was very responsive and said they would fix it for the future.

Positive: We loved that this apartment was spacious and newly renovated. The communication with the owner and his team was great and they were very helpful and acted very fast to solve an issue we had with the baby crib that we had requested.

Negative: It can be a bit noisy at night because of the cars/motorcycles passing but it’s tolerable. The little terrace/ garden was really nice to sit outside under the lemon tree, but there so many mosquitos throughout the day that bit me and my 11 month old baby everywhere. We only stayed for few days so it was ok, but it would be great to have something outside to repel them (mosquito repellent or so, and if there was something already that we didn’t notice, then it’s not really working)

Positive: The place is very comfortable, spacious, with modern design and delicate decoration. Apart from all the pros mentioned in the other comments, with which we agree, we also appreciated the nicely equipped bookshelfs :) The whole approach by the hosts was very professional.

Negative: All rooms, the kitchenware and the linens were all very clean, but it was strange that the floor was not so meticulously cleaned as the rest of the house.
