Summary: 2 families (4A and 5C) stayed for 6 nights in April 2025. The villa had everything we needed and was in a great location to explore Clearwater and surrounding areas.Plenty of supermarket choice very close and easy access to main roads.The villa was clean and the back yard and pool was spacious and a great place to spend time unwinding.The neighbourhood was quiet with friendly neighbours.Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

Summary: We stayed at this property for 3 nights in mid February and we lucked out with summer weather so we took full advantage of this home only being 5 miles from the beaches. The location is extremely central to everything, the house was super clean (and I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness) and communication with the owner was prompt. We’ll definitely return here next year and stay at this home again!
