Positive: Genuinely Excellent experience. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and pretty well layed out. Super nice customer service. Facilities were amazing: TVs & ACs in every room, more than enough towels and blankets, and a garage space.

Positive: The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make dinner or breakfast. The host provided complimentary snacks, tea, and coffee. The bedrooms were spacious, and everything was clean. Loved that we had an assigned parking spot and did not have to struggle with finding parking, it was closed to the beach, and beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were also available for us to use. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay at.

Positive: Ok so i came down from the Bay Area to go to a funeral and meeting my fiancé. This was both our first time driving an electric car. So the drive down was an experience alone. So when we arrived we brought all our luggage in and settled down. About 40 minutes to unpacking and pouring myself a mimosa I was alerted that the neighbors were complaining about the noise level. So now i see we have to whisper as if its a retirement home but i called the host to inform her we would keep it down then she said i only said it would be 2 occupants during booking but i had to remind her that i was very clear it would be me my fiancé and my 2 adult kids with me. Also the noise was us bringing our luggage in and unpacking. Next my daughter sat a bag on the bench and it broke along with the tissue handle in the bathroom so not only do we have to be quiet but don’t touch anything because everything in the house is fragile. However the host was understanding and I appreciated that also the master bathroom toilet handle was broken and couldn’t flush as well we had to wait to the following day to get it fixed and host sent the maintenance man to fix it. Besides that the location is five stars and the apt was very clean
